For those of you who have tax rates that change depending on the Matter Expense and who the expense is from, we have made that configurable on the Matter Cost to make it as it needs to be.

This was built specifically for several use cases for our friends in Canada, but in creating this flexibility we hope it will find fit in other circumstances.
