Now when using the Auto Allocations feature, when allocating to a Matter, you can specify if you want the surplus amount to put in that Matter's Operating Overage account. Surplus amounts can easily be used in future payment allocations.

Now you can automatically convert any operating balance on a Matter into a credit so that it will be used more easily during retainer/payment allocations.

This is now an optional part to consider during your invoice setup of whether or not you display the matter operating balance on your invoices.

Now you can send your clients a retainer replenishment request at any time. It no longer has to be combined with an invoice. 

Keep your retainers full of funds to ensure work performed will be paid and will be paid on time. Maintaining good cash flow is important no matter what business you are in.

Creating simple payment plans are here, and we will be enhancing this new feature in the next few releases.

Now you can create a simple monthly payment plan for as many months as you specify that will start on the 1st of the following month and each subsequent month.

With future enhancements, you will be able to have more control in setting the date to start and payment due dates, as well as selecting the cadence besides monthly.

Maybe you are not going to Bill a matter until a certain date, now you can set a date and forget about it, letting the system hold it for you and not generate a Bill until that date has been met. Hopefully this makes life just a little easier for you.

We've added the ability to "Apply All Retainers" at any time. Included in this is first applying available credits. This means that any matters with outstanding balance(s) AND available credits OR a retainer balance will be included when performing this action.
