When using the posting functionality in Curo365, we know there will be times when you might accidentally post something, or maybe you just posted but noticed something that needs to be changed real quick.
Now you can revert an item back to "Draft" if it was "Queued" and before it actually completed the post/synch.
Just one more little thing we hope helps save you from extra work and unnecessary frustration.
sApplying payments appropriately is so important. It is also becoming more complicated and error-prone with several different allocation types and remembering the right order to apply them every time. Do you want to be sure to pay off interest first? Or make sure your matter costs are covered before any time entry billings?
Now you can configure how you want payments to be applied, and then have them automatically allocated that way consistently and confidently every time.
A thorough guide on how to configure everything and start auto-allocating your payments is found here.
We are introducing this new feature to "Complete" a Flat Fee Service to help you answer the big question of, "Is this Flat Fee Service" priced right?"
Once all work has been completed and entered into Curo365, you can now mark the Flat Fee Service as "Complete". When you do this, all those who worked the flat fee service will proportionately have their Billings marked up, or marked down, from their normal rate to whatever is needed to match the flat fee service amount.
With this adjustment done automatically for you, it will be easy to see how efficient you were with that flat fee service, and over time you'll be able to identify trends and adjust amounts appropriately to reach desired margins or know to increase the marketing on those services where you are able to deliver best.
A thorough guide on how to use and more fully understand "Completing a Flat Fee Service" is here.
Now you can save precious time, and make things easier, posting your Bank Deposits, Disbursements, Matter Costs and Transfers in bulk!
We have introduced a setting in the Configuration entity where you decide if you want to "Automatically Post Retainer Bank Deposits" or not. It looks like this:
Inside the Timers window showing all your timers, we've added the ability to search your timers by Matter and Client in order to help you find the specific Timer you are needing more quickly. It looks like this:
Now you can easily see the important information on a Matter for when the last Retainer Replenishment Request was sent and also when your last Retainer Replenishment Payment was received. It is found on a Matter in the Billing information tab and looks like this:
We've added some new Bill details at the top of the New Payment Allocation screen to help you know how much is still needed on the Bill to apply as an invoice payment and to apply towards interest. We know little things like this truly make things so much better. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like:
Click "Generate Bill" and come back later to see how it all went. We've created a new page that brings a lot more visibility into the status of creating each Bill, and we even made the processing more bulletproof by automatically retrying if there was any hiccup like a temporary environment lag. No more crossing your fingers or wondering what happened during Bill Generation, it's all there to see now.
On the left navigation bar, you will now see a "Bulk Processes" entity that will list the processes you have initiated. The type "Generate Bills" is the first example of this bulk processing where you will get to see the details and status very easily. The page even automatically refreshes during processing to give you current status.
